High season: from 28/06 to 30/08, Easter, Christmas, New Year.
Mid season: from 26/04 to 28/06 and from 30/08 to 20/09
Low season: from 20/09 to 20/12 and from 07/01 to 19/04
The cost of the apartment includes: use of domestic appliances and dishwashers, water, electricity, gas, sheets and towels etc(for rooms, bathroom and kitchen) with weekly change, plus the use of the swimming pool and outdoor furniture (umbrellas, chairs and sunbeds).
There is an additional charge of 25,00 Euros for final cleaning and heating is charged according to consumption.
In High Season, arrival time is 15.00 on Saturday and departure at 10.00.
Children up to 12 years of age 50% discount.
Policy payment:
To book is required an advance payment equal to the 40% of the amount.
